Hi! Amazing video! I got your message last June 15 and i didnt read it before, I was browsing my mail, then I saw your message that I just read today! So i discovered this video! Amazing!
5 stars!!
It's hard. Darn hard. But it's totally worth it. You'll likely work your butt off just to get a passing grade on a test, not because you don't understand the material, but because you've struggled with the language. And even that will spur you on to learn more. It takes a while (usually about 6 months) to really feel comfortable in the language, and you'll spend the rest of your time picking up nuances of the language and enjoying your ability to function.
I took classes at a German high school without much background in the language, and I struggled a lot for a few months. . .but the accomplishment of getting through that was REMARKABLE. I'd do it, throw yourself into it, be excited about it, and remember that the day will come. . . when you understood everything the teacher said. And you'll smile about it. And then you'll understand how amazing it is to comprehend another language.
