Help answer the question about learn direct

Trying to get Learn Direct course but its telling me I need additional plug ins to display media on this page?
I am trying to access my Learn Direct course which I have many times before but for some reason tonight its telling me "I need additional plug ins to display media on this page". I have had a few problems with different things lately since I decided to tidy up my desktop and I'm not really computer literate yet. Could someone please help me,I really need to get on this course.
By the way something comes on the screen telling me to install missing plug in and when I click it it says that there isnt one that matches or something like that.
